1955 Flood

Evacuees at Yuba City school gymnasium. The 1955 flood resulted in 80 deaths, 335 hospitalized, 4,338 injuries, 50,000 forced from their homes, 1,277 homes destroyed, 2,725 homes damaged and 225 million dollars in property damage.
